The Muse method is a proven 3 phase client journey that helps you rebuild your metabolism, build lean muscle, and create sustainable results while being able to live your life at the same time.

The coaching you receive from me is the same framework that’s lived and embodied every day by myself and hundreds of clients over the years. You won’t be asked to idolize your coach or strive for perfection, but you WILL be guided to build structure that supports your goals and your life.

The best part, is that don’t need to become someone new to get results. You’re already the woman you want to be, she just needs the right strategy, structure, and support to come forward.   • This is a high touch fitness and nutrition coaching designed to help women build muscle, get lean, and finally live a healthy lifestyle that doesn’t feel restrictive. Every client gets full customized training, personalized macros/nutrition coaching, and weekly check-ins with direct support from me every step of the way. My approach is a mix of evidence based training and nutrition approach with a strong, feminine, balanced living vibe so you can look amazing, feel grounded, and become the MUSE of your own life 🌟

Hi! Coach Kyn here and I’m the owner + head coach of Muse! Over the last 6 years of building Muse, my goal is to create simplicity within your training and nutrition to get you undeniable results, for life

I’ve been on my own fitness journey for 8 years after I transitioned from being an athlete my entire life, I found my next passion within weight training. Leading me into creating a space for others just like myself, for women who have a desire to maintain their health long term while looking bomb
